What we help with

You can leave the laser names to us. Simply tell us what bothers you — and we will take care of the rest. Below you will find 30 concerns organised into five areas, each one leading to specific methods and programmes.

02 — How it works

We start with your concern, then choose the device

A technology name is rarely the answer to the concern you arrive with. The answer is a plan — and we draw that up only after assessing your skin, your expectations and the time you have available.

01

A consultation before your course

Free of charge and with no obligation. We assess your skin and discuss the realistic result and its limits. If we conclude that a treatment is unsuitable in your case, we will say so plainly.

02

Usually a combined protocol

A single technology is rarely enough. More often we work in layers — energy tightens, biostimulation rebuilds, a peel evens things out. That is why most concerns list several methods rather than just one.

03

The stage matters more than the method

A fresh stretch mark, early hair thinning or the first signs of laxity respond differently from established changes. On every concern page we explain what changes as the condition advances.

04

Two clinics, one standard

The City Centre and Mokotów clinics follow the same protocols, though some devices are available at one location only. When you book, we will tell you where to arrange a particular treatment.

03 — Face and eyes16 concerns

Face and eyes — sixteen concerns, three questions

In practice the decision almost always comes down to what the problem concerns: the firmness of the skin, its colour or its texture. Firmness we address with energy-based lifting and biostimulation. Colour — with pigment lasers, IPL light and depigmentation. Texture — with fractional resurfacing and microneedling. The eye area follows a separate path, because eyelid skin is the thinnest on the whole body and needs different settings from those used on the cheeks.

If you are torn between two concerns — choose the one that describes what you see in the mirror. We will settle the rest at your consultation.

01

Laxity and loss of facial contour

The contour blurs and the skin loses firmness along the jawline and cheeks.

04 — Body and figure8 concerns

Body and figure — volume, skin quality, circulation

Eight concerns line up along a single practical axis: whether the issue is volume (fatty tissue), skin quality (laxity, stretch marks, scars) or circulation and swelling. Those are three different technologies and three different courses. The most common mistake is treating laxity with fat-reducing methods — which can deepen the impression of laxity instead of easing it.

Skin after weight-loss medication holds a place of its own — there the weight came off faster than the skin could contract, and the plan looks different from classic fat reduction.

05 — Hair removal and smooth skin2 concerns

Hair removal and smooth skin

Two concerns and one technology in two variants. LightSheer and Thunder MT differ in working speed and comfort on different areas — the choice depends on skin phototype, hair thickness and the size of the area, so we leave it to the cosmetologist rather than to the price list. Ingrown hairs are a separate concern, because here the laser addresses the cause rather than the effect.

If you would like the whole course run as a single programme — take a look at our own Smooth Skin Programme.

06 — Hair1 concern

Hair — here the stage is what counts

One concern, yet the broadest path in the whole clinic: from densification through to programmes run in advanced thinning. What matters most is timing rather than method — the earlier we begin, the more can be held on to. With sudden, patchy or very rapid hair loss, medical diagnosis comes first and treatments only afterwards.

Trichology is the speciality of the Mokotów clinic — that is where we run most hair therapies.

07 — Health and comfort3 concerns

Health and comfort

Three concerns that sit outside aesthetics, yet can be the most troublesome day to day. What they share is a clear and relatively quick result from a discreet treatment. With snoring there is one caveat we always repeat: snoring differs from sleep apnoea — and apnoea calls for medical diagnosis and care rather than an aesthetic treatment.

Bruxism can be a matter of comfort and appearance at once — relaxing the masseter brings relief and gently slims the lower face.

08 — Seasonal6 concerns

Seasonal — what matters now

Some concerns follow a calendar. After the summer the skin is dehydrated and pigmentation and thread veins are more pronounced — yet this is also the moment when we still hold off on treatments that target pigment. We have gathered here the concerns that intensify at a particular time of year, so that the order is easier to set: barrier repair first, correction afterwards.

These concerns also have their place in the categories above — here we look at them through the calendar rather than through the area of the body.

09 — Who performs the treatments

Who will lead your therapy

Treatments are performed by certified cosmetologists, and medical procedures — by aesthetic medicine doctors. On every concern page you will find information on who carries out a given treatment.
