No, LPG Alliance endermologie is painless. The latest applicator adapts its parameters to the condition of the skin, so the intensive vacuum massage stays comfortable — patients describe it as relaxing. You can return to your daily activities immediately after the treatment, with no downtime.
After how many treatments are the effects of endermologie visible?
The first effects of Alliance endermologie are visible after around 3 treatments. For lasting, clear results, we recommend a series of 10–20 treatments performed every 3–4 days. The number depends on the goal of the therapy and individual predispositions; we set the plan after an InBody body composition analysis.
How long does an endermologie treatment take, and how many zones does it cover?
The body treatment lasts 40 minutes, with time divided between 2–3 zones per visit (e.g. abdomen, thighs, buttocks). It is performed in an Endermowear suit, lying down. The facial variant (Endermolift) is shorter.
Are the effects of endermologie measurable?
Yes. We begin and end every therapy with an objective measurement: an InBody body composition analysis, circumference measurements and photos. This means progress is visible in numbers, not just in the mirror — in line with our principle of „measuring results, not just promising them”.
How much does endermologie cost?
The body treatment (40 min) costs 275 zł, and packages are cheaper: package of 10 — 2,650 zł (265 zł/treatment), package of 15 — 3,750 zł (250 zł/treatment). Facial Endermolift from 300 zł, an additional Focus on 1 zone costs 50 zł. Therapy begins with a consultation including an InBody analysis.
Does endermologie help with skin after weight loss (following GLP-1 therapy)?
Yes — this is currently one of the most common indications. After rapid weight loss, skin loses tone; endermologie stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, firming sagging skin without surgical intervention. We tailor the therapy plan individually after an InBody analysis, including after pharmacologically assisted weight loss.
How does original LPG endermologie differ from „vacuum massages”?
The name „endermologie” is reserved for treatments performed with original LPG devices. Imitations lack the patented applicator (roller + flap) and intelligent parameter selection, which translates into weaker effectiveness and comfort. At Velvet Skin Clinic, we work exclusively with the original LPG Alliance.
Endermologie or Icoone — which to choose?
Both treatments are mechanical skin stimulation available at our clinic. LPG endermologie works more intensively on fat tissue and cellulite; Icoone (Roboderm technology) is gentler and very precise, including for sensitive skin. A cosmetologist will recommend the best choice during a consultation.
How to prepare for endermologie and support the results?
The treatment requires no special preparation. To deepen the results, drink at least 2 litres of water a day, follow a balanced diet, and engage in at least moderate physical activity (daily walks or brief exercise). These principles support all body-contouring therapies.
Do you lose weight after endermologie?
Endermologie supports body contouring — it liquefies local fat tissue and boosts metabolism, which reduces body circumference (in studies, by an average of around 2.9 cm per area). However, it does not replace diet or physical activity — it works best as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Which body areas can endermologie be performed on?
Most often on the abdomen, waist, thighs and buttocks, but also the arms and other areas with stubborn fat tissue, cellulite or sagging skin. During a single 40-minute visit, we treat 2–3 zones. An Endermolift variant is also available for the face, neck and décolletage.
What effects does facial endermologie (Endermolift) give?
Endermolift is a deep facial tissue massage that provides a lifting effect and skin remodelling at the level of the muscles, fat tissue and skin. It stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, reduces swelling and improves the facial contour — without needles and without downtime.
Does endermologie help with stretch marks and scars?
Yes — one of the indications is smoothing scars and skin fibrosis and reducing stretch marks. Intensive mechanical stimulation prompts the skin to remodel and produce support fibres, improving its structure, density and elasticity. The result depends on the age and nature of the changes.
Does endermologie help with swelling and heavy legs?
Yes. The mechanical action of the LPG applicator supports lymphatic drainage, improves blood and lymph circulation, and helps restore normal fluid exchange. It eases swelling, lymphatic stagnation and the feeling of heavy legs, and also strengthens blood vessels.
How long do the effects of endermologie last?
The effects of the series last longer the more you support them with a healthy lifestyle (hydration, diet, movement). For body contouring, we recommend maintenance therapy — individual sessions every so often — to preserve the results. We set the maintenance plan after a follow-up InBody measurement.
Is endermologie effective — what does the research say?
Peer-reviewed studies (PubMed) confirm the reduction in body circumference (in 99% of patients in a study of 118 women) and the mechanism of action — stimulating lipolysis and boosting collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. The effect on the visual appearance of advanced cellulite itself can be moderate, which is why we suggest combined therapies in that case.

What are the contraindications for endermologie?
The main contraindications are pregnancy (except for lymphatic leg drainage in the 2nd and 3rd trimester), a pacemaker, uncontrolled diabetes, cardiovascular and venous disease, active bacterial, fungal and viral infections (including herpes), and cancer. We assess every case individually during the consultation.
