Body Contouring · Anti-Cellulite · Lifting
A contoured silhouette, smooth and firm skin — no needles, no scalpel, no downtime. Original endermologie LPG Alliance™ at Velvet Skin Clinic in Warsaw — City Centre and Mokotów.
Endermologie LPG Alliance is a patented, original vacuum massage that naturally and non-invasively firms the skin, reduces fat tissue, smooths cellulite, drains lymphatic swelling, contours the body, and also rejuvenates and lifts facial skin. The treatment involves mechanical massage of the skin that naturally stimulates cellular metabolism.
The latest endermologie patent in the Alliance device enables intensive, fast tissue stimulation while maintaining exceptional treatment comfort. Depending on the indication and the severity of the skin concern, the device automatically selects the appropriate treatment parameters — maximising the effectiveness of the therapy without irritating nerve fibres or overstretching skin tissue, making the treatment painless and relaxing.
The Alliance endermologie treatment is based on a patented process — suction creates a fold of skin, which is then massaged by an electronically controlled roller, achieving a slimming and rejuvenating effect in a natural and completely painless way. The skin is very intensively stimulated, activating the production of hyaluronic acid and the skin's support fibres — collagen and elastin — providing visible skin firming. In addition, lipids are liquefied, leading to a reduction in fat tissue, and the connective-tissue septa that form cellulite are broken up. The mechanical action of the LPG treatment head also helps restore normal fluid exchange in circulation, easing symptoms related to water retention in the body.
Endermologie and Icoone together account for 11 466 body-contouring treatments performed at Velvet Skin Clinic — and we begin every therapy with an InBody body composition analysis.

Mechanical stimulation liquefies lipids and reactivates metabolism — even in areas resistant to diet and training: the abdomen, waist and thighs.
The roller and flap break up the connective-tissue septa responsible for the orange-peel effect — effective for every type of cellulite.
Intensive stimulation boosts the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid — skin regains firmness and density.
One device, two protocols: Lipomassage contours the body, Endermolift rejuvenates the face. Full descriptions can be expanded below.
Fast results — visible after just three sessions — thanks to action on the skin at 3 levels.
The LPG Alliance endermologie device delivers fast results — visible after just three treatment sessions — acting on the skin at 3 levels:
Facial endermologie — a deep tissue massage: lifting, contouring and remodelling at the level of the muscles, fat tissue and skin.
Alliance endermologie is also a deep massage of the facial skin tissue, enabling lifting, contouring and remodelling of facial tissue at the level of the muscles, fat tissue and skin. The treatment naturally stimulates the renewal and production of rejuvenating skin components:

Bayrakci Tunay V et al., J Eur Acad Dermatol Venereol 2010. PubMed →As one of the few clinics in Warsaw, we begin every body-contouring therapy with an objective body composition measurement — and end it with a follow-up measurement.
A detailed medical history review — defining the treatment goal and ruling out contraindications.
Body composition analysis using the InBody device, body measurements and photos — to effectively track results.
Wearing an Endermowear suit, lying down. Time is divided between 2–3 zones (e.g. abdomen, thighs, buttocks).
Comparing InBody results, circumference measurements and photos — you see the result in black and white.
Before the treatment, a detailed medical history review is conducted to define the treatment goal and rule out any contraindications. Body composition analysis is then carried out using the InBody device, along with body measurements and photos, so the patient can effectively track the results of her treatments. Before the treatment, the patient puts on a special Endermowear treatment suit, which protects the skin from direct contact with the applicator, makes it easier to draw in the skin fold, and increases the patient's comfort during the treatment. The patient lies down during the treatment.
The treatment lasts 40 minutes, with the time divided between the selected body zones requiring therapy. The recommended number of zones treated during a single visit is a maximum of 2–3, e.g. the abdomen, thighs and buttocks. The treatment is painless and feels like an intense massage.
The first effects of Alliance endermologie are visible after just 3 treatments, but for clear, lasting results we recommend a series of 10 to 20 treatments at intervals of 3–4 days. The therapy can be continued until results satisfying to the patient are achieved — it can be stopped or extended with further treatments at any stage. For extended series, further treatments can be performed once a week.
To deepen the treatment results — as with all body-contouring therapies — drink at least 2 litres of water a day, follow a balanced diet, and engage in at least moderate physical activity, such as daily walks or brief exercise.
LPG Alliance endermologie requires no downtime. Simple habits after the treatment enhance the contouring and firming effect.
Drink plenty of water — this supports the lymphatic drainage triggered during the treatment and the natural removal of metabolic by-products.
Light physical activity enhances the body-contouring and skin-firming effect.
Healthy eating helps maintain the results of the full treatment series.
Temporary, mild redness of the area may occur; no downtime — you return to your activities right away.
The result depends on consistency — the best outcomes come from completing the full, planned series of treatments.
Informational and educational material. Detailed recommendations are provided by the specialist during your visit; results vary individually.
The price of endermologie depends on the number of treatments and the zone. The recommended therapy is 10–20 treatments performed every 3–4 days — packages lower the price per treatment and include the Endermowear suit and InBody measurements.

No, LPG Alliance endermologie is painless. The latest applicator adapts its parameters to the condition of the skin, so the intensive vacuum massage stays comfortable — patients describe it as relaxing. You can return to your daily activities immediately after the treatment, with no downtime.
The first effects of Alliance endermologie are visible after around 3 treatments. For lasting, clear results, we recommend a series of 10–20 treatments performed every 3–4 days. The number depends on the goal of the therapy and individual predispositions; we set the plan after an InBody body composition analysis.
The body treatment lasts 40 minutes, with time divided between 2–3 zones per visit (e.g. abdomen, thighs, buttocks). It is performed in an Endermowear suit, lying down. The facial variant (Endermolift) is shorter.
Yes. We begin and end every therapy with an objective measurement: an InBody body composition analysis, circumference measurements and photos. This means progress is visible in numbers, not just in the mirror — in line with our principle of „measuring results, not just promising them”.
The body treatment (40 min) costs 275 zł, and packages are cheaper: package of 10 — 2,650 zł (265 zł/treatment), package of 15 — 3,750 zł (250 zł/treatment). Facial Endermolift from 300 zł, an additional Focus on 1 zone costs 50 zł. Therapy begins with a consultation including an InBody analysis.
Yes — this is currently one of the most common indications. After rapid weight loss, skin loses tone; endermologie stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, firming sagging skin without surgical intervention. We tailor the therapy plan individually after an InBody analysis, including after pharmacologically assisted weight loss.
The name „endermologie” is reserved for treatments performed with original LPG devices. Imitations lack the patented applicator (roller + flap) and intelligent parameter selection, which translates into weaker effectiveness and comfort. At Velvet Skin Clinic, we work exclusively with the original LPG Alliance.
Both treatments are mechanical skin stimulation available at our clinic. LPG endermologie works more intensively on fat tissue and cellulite; Icoone (Roboderm technology) is gentler and very precise, including for sensitive skin. A cosmetologist will recommend the best choice during a consultation.
The treatment requires no special preparation. To deepen the results, drink at least 2 litres of water a day, follow a balanced diet, and engage in at least moderate physical activity (daily walks or brief exercise). These principles support all body-contouring therapies.
Endermologie supports body contouring — it liquefies local fat tissue and boosts metabolism, which reduces body circumference (in studies, by an average of around 2.9 cm per area). However, it does not replace diet or physical activity — it works best as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Most often on the abdomen, waist, thighs and buttocks, but also the arms and other areas with stubborn fat tissue, cellulite or sagging skin. During a single 40-minute visit, we treat 2–3 zones. An Endermolift variant is also available for the face, neck and décolletage.
Endermolift is a deep facial tissue massage that provides a lifting effect and skin remodelling at the level of the muscles, fat tissue and skin. It stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, reduces swelling and improves the facial contour — without needles and without downtime.
Yes — one of the indications is smoothing scars and skin fibrosis and reducing stretch marks. Intensive mechanical stimulation prompts the skin to remodel and produce support fibres, improving its structure, density and elasticity. The result depends on the age and nature of the changes.
Yes. The mechanical action of the LPG applicator supports lymphatic drainage, improves blood and lymph circulation, and helps restore normal fluid exchange. It eases swelling, lymphatic stagnation and the feeling of heavy legs, and also strengthens blood vessels.
The effects of the series last longer the more you support them with a healthy lifestyle (hydration, diet, movement). For body contouring, we recommend maintenance therapy — individual sessions every so often — to preserve the results. We set the maintenance plan after a follow-up InBody measurement.
Peer-reviewed studies (PubMed) confirm the reduction in body circumference (in 99% of patients in a study of 118 women) and the mechanism of action — stimulating lipolysis and boosting collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. The effect on the visual appearance of advanced cellulite itself can be moderate, which is why we suggest combined therapies in that case.
At two Velvet Skin Clinic locations: in the City Centre at ul. Świętokrzyska 30 (opposite the Palace of Culture and Science) and in Mokotów at al. Niepodległości 92/98. At both, we work with the original LPG Alliance device and begin with an InBody analysis. Booking is available online or by phone.
The main contraindications are pregnancy (except for lymphatic leg drainage in the 2nd and 3rd trimester), a pacemaker, uncontrolled diabetes, cardiovascular and venous disease, active bacterial, fungal and viral infections (including herpes), and cancer. We assess every case individually during the consultation.
Treatments are carried out by Velvet Skin Clinic cosmetologists — experienced in hi-tech technologies and laser therapy.

We use this treatment for 5 indications. In each case it works slightly differently — below we explain exactly what it does in that particular situation.
In our programmes, LPG vacuum massage is responsible for drainage and skin quality — it's what makes the skin look smooth rather than loose after reduction. We rarely use it as the sole contouring method.
02LPG works mechanically on connective tissue and activates lymphatic drainage. It is most effective for water-retention cellulite, with swelling and a feeling of heavy legs — where the problem is stagnation, not fat itself.
03After rapid weight loss, skin can be not only saggy but also poorly perfused and swollen. LPG improves its quality and activates drainage — this is work on the surface appearance, complementing tightening methods.
04LPG improves the firmness and surface appearance of the skin, working mechanically on connective tissue. For sagging skin, we treat it as a complement to energy-based methods — on its own it won't tighten the skin, but it clearly improves its quality.
05LPG lymphatic drainage is the most direct answer to swelling and the feeling of heavy legs. Relief can often be felt after the very first session, but for chronic stagnation, consistency is what matters.
