Maximus TriLipo Med — radiofrequency for skin, fat and muscle

Maximus™ TriLipo Med is a comprehensive aesthetic device designed to improve the appearance and condition of the skin, contour the body, strengthen muscles, and reduce fat tissue and cellulite. It is equipped with two patented technologies — TriLipo™ RF and TriLipo DMA — making it the only system on the market that works on three tissue levels at once: skin, fat and muscle.

TriLipo RF energy (tripolar radio wave) heats the subcutaneous fat tissue and speeds up fat metabolism, while also contracting collagen fibres for an immediate firming effect. TriLipo DMA (Dynamic Muscle Activation) triggers muscle contractions that support lymphatic drainage and body contouring. The device also has a fractional RF resurfacing handpiece (TriFractional) — for skin thickening and the reduction of wrinkles, scars and stretch marks.

What is the triple action of TriLipo RF and DMA

TriLipo RF

Tripolar radio waves evenly heat the skin and fat tissue, releasing fat from cells and contracting collagen.

TriLipo DMA

Dynamic Muscle Activation triggers contractions that support lymphatic drainage and the contouring of the facial contours and body.

TriFractional RF

The fractional RF handpiece thickens the skin and reduces wrinkles, post-acne scars and stretch marks.

Sagging skin and loss of facial contours

TriLipo radiofrequency contracts collagen fibres, while the accompanying drainage improves microcirculation and tissue oxygenation. On the face, it works well as a regular maintenance course with a visible firming effect straight after the session — less often as a single, intensive treatment.

Sagging skin on the neck and décolletage

Radiofrequency with drainage works well on the neck as a regular, gentle therapy with no needles involved. We choose it when sagging is moderate and you want no visible trace after the treatment.

Cellulite

Radiofrequency with drainage heats the tissue while mobilising it at the same time. For cellulite, it works especially well where uneven skin is already accompanied by sagging — it addresses both issues at once.

Skin after weight-loss medication

Radiofrequency contracts collagen fibres and also strengthens the muscles, which matters after significant weight loss — the skin has something firmer to rest on. This is one of the better-suited methods for this indication.

09 — How the treatment works

What a Maximus TriLipo session looks like, step by step

Before starting the therapy, the cosmetologist carries out a detailed consultation to rule out contraindications. Glycerine is applied to the treatment area, and the session consists of massaging the handpiece according to a pattern suited to the body area or face. The patient feels a pleasant warmth, while the TriLipo DMA function makes the muscles contract gently and rhythmically. Body sessions last 30–45 minutes, facial sessions 20–30 minutes. When fractional RF is used, the skin may be red and slightly swollen afterwards — these symptoms subside within a few hours.

Aftercare recommendations — Maximus TriLipo

Radio-wave and DMA sessions require no downtime. With fractional RF, the skin may be red, and traces of micro-injuries can persist for around 3 days — these are easy to cover with make-up.
