The patented Proionic 448 kHz technology restores the skin cells' physiological balance — without overheating or damaging tissue structures. This allows facial lifting and rejuvenation, body contouring and regeneration, even in cases where other technologies are contraindicated.
Indiba® is a technology that non-invasively restores the cellular physiological balance the body needs to function properly. In a natural and gentle way, Indiba treatments stimulate collagen and elastin production and regeneration, regulate fluid balance and reduce excess fatty tissue. They work well for firming, lifting and rejuvenating the skin, as well as for slimming and contouring the body.
The patented Proionic system is based on a radiofrequency current at a constant frequency of 448 kHz, which activates cells without damaging their structure — it does not overheat them or cause them to break down (the maximum temperature reached is 41–42°C). This means treatments can even be carried out on patients with metal implants, and cancer or autoimmune conditions are not contraindications. The device works in two modes — capacitive (CAP) and resistive (RES).
Indiba is 448 kHz radiofrequency with a regenerative effect — it works thermally and non-thermally and does not contract proteins, which makes it exceptionally safe, even with metal implants and some contraindications to other technologies. When scars, pores and skin structure matter most — Vivace (microneedle RF) works well; for contouring the facial contours and body through muscle activation — Maximus TriLipo is the choice. A gentle heat-based lift is NIR thermal lifting, and the deepest non-surgical lift is HIFU. For body contouring, also see Onda Coolwaves, Alliance endermology and Cooltech cryolipolysis.

A constant-frequency radiofrequency current activates cells without damaging their structure — no protein coagulation, up to 41–42°C.
The capacitive mode (CAP) prepares and oxygenates the tissue, while the resistive mode (RES) reaches deeper, denser structures.
Biostimulation, vascularisation and hyperactivation — from regeneration and improved circulation to neocollagenesis and fat reduction.
Thermal and non-thermal action means Indiba also supports healing and regeneration of sensitive skin with redness or visible capillaries. After the session, the skin is briefly flushed and no recovery time is needed.
We use this treatment for 3 indications. It works slightly differently for each one — below we explain exactly what it does in each case.
Indiba works with deep radiofrequency, restoring cellular balance and stimulating tissue regeneration. It works well as a regular therapy when you want a gradual improvement in skin tone without aggressive treatments.
02Proionic radiofrequency works at the cellular level, improving tissue regeneration and tone. The treatment is pleasant and painless, but results build up over a course of sessions — this therapy rewards patience.
03Deep radiofrequency restores cellular balance and speeds up tissue regeneration — hence its use in physiotherapy and with active people. For post-exercise recovery, it is the method with the strongest physiological rationale.

Before the treatment, a Velvet Skin Clinic specialist carries out a detailed medical history review to rule out contraindications. A specialist energy-conducting Indiba cream — with hydrating, firming or anti-cellulite properties — is applied to the treatment area. The area is worked with two applicators — first capacitive (CAP), then resistive (RES). During the session, the patient feels pleasant warmth — from very gentle during biostimulation to a noticeable heat during lifting and contouring. After the treatment, the skin is briefly flushed and no recovery time is needed.

Applying Indiba cream suited to the indication.
Working through 3 stages in capacitive and resistive mode.
The flush fades quickly — no downtime.
The treatment requires no recovery time — the skin is briefly flushed afterwards, and you can return to daily activities straight away. Indiba is based on a course of sessions.
Indiba regulates fluid balance — good hydration supports drainage and the treatment's effect.
For optimal results, 4–8 sessions every few days are recommended; for a faster effect, sessions can be carried out daily.
Physical activity and a balanced diet help maintain the contouring and firming effect.
After the treatment, support your skin with hydration and sun protection.
Indiba works well alongside other therapies — a combined plan is set by a specialist.

Indiba is a deep radiofrequency treatment based on the patented Proionic 448 kHz technology. Current at this frequency restores the skin cells' physiological balance without overheating them (up to 41–42°C), stimulating collagen and elastin regeneration, microcirculation and fat reduction. This produces lifting, rejuvenation and body contouring.
Indiba on the face firms and lifts the skin, defines the facial contours, lifts drooping corners of the mouth and brows, and improves the eye area, hydration and skin tone. Thanks to the vascularisation stage, it also works well for sensitive skin with redness and visible capillaries.
Yes — this is one of the main advantages of Indiba. The 448 kHz current does not heat metal implants, and cancer or autoimmune conditions are not contraindications. A specialist always carries out a full assessment during the interview; the main contraindications remain pregnancy, pacemakers and thrombophlebitis.

Indiba is 448 kHz radiofrequency with a regenerative effect, safe even with implants. Vivace is microneedle radiofrequency — better for scars, pores and stretch marks, while Maximus is RF with muscle activation for contouring the facial contours and body. A specialist decides which is right after assessing your needs.
The price of Indiba starts from 450 zł and depends on the area and number of sessions in the course. We confirm the exact price during a consultation. You can find the full price list on our pricing page, and book a consultation online or by phone.
