A modern, one-of-a-kind laser lift for the eye area, applied to the entire upper and lower eyelid — from the outside and the inside. One of the best non-surgical alternatives to eyelid surgery: it lifts a drooping eyelid and reduces bags, shadows and crow’s feet.
The SmoothEye™ laser eyelid lift, performed with a Fotona laser, is a modern, one-of-a-kind laser lift for the eye area, applied to the entire upper and lower eyelid — from the outside and the inside. The treatment is one of the best non-surgical alternatives to eyelid surgery: a course of SmoothEye sessions firms and lifts the eyelid skin, thickens and improves skin firmness around the eyes, smooths wrinkles and “crow’s feet”, lifts the outer corner of the eye, reduces under-eye “bags” and brightens the skin tone. The cosmetology version covers the entire eye area; the medical version is extended with endolifting — treating the inner surface (mucosa) of both eyelids with the laser.
The laser eyelid lift is one of the best alternatives to eyelid surgery: the treatment is non-invasive and keeps the skin intact — with no scalpel and no stitches, so it carries no risk of scarring or healing problems. It calls for no downtime (a little swelling can remain for a day), and it also addresses not only a drooping eyelid but also wrinkles, crow’s feet, shadows and under-eye bags, while improving the thickness, structure and tone of the skin around the eyes.

SmoothEye is one of our most frequently performed laser treatments for the eye area. In total, we have performed 25 931 laser treatments.

Non-ablative, controlled heating of the deep layers of the eyelid skin — leaving the epidermis intact.
It works on the surface of the skin and on the eyelid mucosa (the version with endolifting).
Immediate shortening of lax fibres, and over the longer term the formation of new, strong fibres.
The procedure is performed in a basic version (the outer layers of the eyelid skin, temples, brows) or an extended version with endolifting of both eyelids. In the version with endolifting, the doctor applies local eye anaesthesia (drops) and specialist protective eye shields — these precautions keep the treatment safe for the eyes and eyesight.
We use this treatment for 3 indications. It works a little differently in each of them — below we describe exactly what it does in each case.
SmoothEye is a treatment created exactly for this indication — it tightens the eyelid skin with no scalpel and no downtime. It will not remove excess skin the way blepharoplasty does; it shortens collagen fibres, making the eyelid feel lighter and the eyes look more open.
02SmoothEye does not brighten pigmentation or fill hollows. We recommend it when a tired-looking gaze comes mainly from lax, drooping eyelid skin — tightening this area can change the look of the whole eye more than brightening alone.
03Eyelid skin is the thinnest on the entire body and cannot tolerate the settings used on the cheeks. SmoothEye works with energy chosen specifically for this area, contracting collagen fibres while leaving the epidermis intact.

Non-ablative Er:YAG (SMOOTH mode) lifting of the eye area is described in the literature. The studies below concern Er:YAG technology and the periorbital area — the mechanism shared with the SmoothEye treatment. Sources: PubMed and PubMed Central.
The paper describes a non-ablative, long-pulsed 2940 nm Er:YAG laser in periorbital rejuvenation — an improvement in the firmness and quality of the eyelid skin.
PubMed Central →A split-face study found that intraoral Er:YAG (SMOOTH) significantly thickens the dermis — the same mechanism used by the SmoothEye version with eyelid endolifting.
PubMed →Repeated Er:YAG irradiation denatures and remodels skin collagen in vivo, with less damage to the epidermis — the basis of the eyelid skin-firming effect.
PubMed →The cited studies concern Er:YAG laser technology and the periorbital area, not a specific device brand. The number of sessions is set individually by a specialist; results may vary.
The procedure starts with a health questionnaire and a check for contraindications. The skin is then cleansed and make-up is removed. In the medical version, the doctor anaesthetises the eye and applies a protective shield. The skin is cooled with a Cryo6 cooling device during the treatment, which minimises discomfort. On the day of the treatment the skin may be slightly red and swollen — this settles within 1–2 days at the latest.
Checking for contraindications, removing make-up from the eye area.
In the medical version, anaesthetic drops and protective eye shields.
Upper and lower eyelid from the outside; endolifting from the inside as an option.
Mild swelling settles within 1–2 days — with no downtime.
The treatment involves no downtime. On the day of the treatment, the skin around the eyes may be slightly red and swollen — this usually settles within 1–2 days. Eyelid skin is thin, so it is worth treating it with extra care.
Use SPF 50+ on the eye area, especially during sunny periods.
Avoid rubbing the eye area and harsh skincare products for a few days.
Skip the sauna and intense exercise for a few days to limit swelling.
A light moisturiser and proper hydration support the recovery of the eyelid skin.
The full effect develops over a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart.

The price depends on the version of the treatment: basic (cosmetology) or extended with eyelid endolifting (medical). For the full effect, a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart is recommended. We set the plan during a consultation.

SmoothEye is a laser lift for the eye area performed with a Fotona laser in SMOOTH mode. It works on the entire upper and lower eyelid — from the outside, and in the medical version from the inside as well (the mucosa). It lifts a drooping eyelid and reduces bags, shadows and crow’s feet with no scalpel and no stitches.
The laser eyelid lift is a non-surgical alternative to blepharoplasty. It keeps the skin intact, calls for no stitches or downtime, and carries a very low risk of scarring. It also improves wrinkles, crow’s feet, shadows and skin tone — not just the drooping eyelid itself.
The result develops gradually over the course and lasts many months, since it relies on rebuilding your own collagen. How long the results last depends on the condition and age of the skin; the effect can be refreshed with single maintenance sessions. A specialist sets the maintenance plan.
Yes. In the version with endolifting, the doctor applies local eye anaesthesia (drops) and specialist protective shields over the eyes, and the skin is cooled with Cryo6. These precautions keep the treatment safe for the eyes and eyesight.
Because eyelid skin is thin and collagen rebuilding is gradual, a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart is recommended. Discomfort is minimal thanks to anaesthesia and Cryo6 cooling; on the day of the treatment the skin may be slightly red and swollen for 1–2 days.
The price is 500 zł for the basic version and 700 zł for the version with eyelid endolifting. We confirm the exact price during a consultation. You will find the full price list on the pricing page, and you can book a consultation online or by phone.
Treatments at Velvet Skin Clinic are performed by certified cosmetologists with many years of experience in laser therapy, hi-tech devices and skincare treatments. The extended version with eyelid endolifting is performed by a doctor. After a consultation, we match the method and the specialist to your skin and your goal.

The recording shows the treatment exactly as it happens, with no staging. A protective shield covers the eye throughout — its holder is visible at the inner corner in the frame. This is preceded by a consultation, a check for contraindications and make-up removal from the eye area. The Er:YAG handpiece in SMOOTH mode is guided over the skin of the upper and lower eyelid from the outside, while the skin is cooled with a Cryo6 cooling device. With no incisions and no stitches; redness and mild swelling settle within 1–2 days. The extended version additionally includes endolifting of the eyelid from the inside.
