02 — About the treatment

What is BioRePeel Cl3

BioRePeel Cl3™ is a patented, biphasic medical peel (a medical device) with a strongly rejuvenating, revitalising and moisturising effect. It works on both the outer and inner layers of the skin — through its exfoliating and keratolytic action it removes dead epidermal cells, while at the level of the dermis it activates cells to intensively produce growth factors (PDGF, alpha and beta 1 TGF, and VEGF), leading to strong biostimulation of the skin.

The preparation consists of two phases: a hydrophilic one (including trichloroacetic acid 35%, lactobionic, salicylic, tartaric and citric acid, vitamins C and B2, amino acids and gamma-aminobutyric acid) and a lipophilic one (squalene and isopropyl myristate), which protects the hydrophilic layer from oxidation and stabilises the formula. This is why BioRePeel works deeply while not causing heavy, uncomfortable peeling.

BioRePeel vs other peels — what sets it apart

BioRePeel Cl3 is a biphasic biostimulating peel — it combines exfoliation with stimulating the skin to produce growth factors, with virtually no heavy peeling. It is one of our medical chemical peels; we also work with Mesopeel Mesoestetic, Mediderma by Sesderma and the lifting PQ Age.

To enhance the effect, BioRePeel can be combined with Dermapen 4 microneedle mesotherapy — a popular combined protocol. For persistent pigmentation and melasma, we choose Cosmelan or laser. The choice is made by a cosmetologist.

04 — How BioRePeel works

What the biphasic action of BioRePeel Cl3 involves

01

Hydrophilic phase

TCA acid 35% with a complex of acids, vitamins and amino acids — exfoliates, revitalises and brightens the skin.

02

Lipophilic phase

Squalene and isopropyl myristate protect the formula from oxidation and stabilise the preparation — action without heavy peeling.

03

Biostimulation

At the level of the dermis it activates the production of growth factors (PDGF, TGF, VEGF) — strong stimulation of regeneration.

BioRePeel is minimally invasive and comfortable for most patients — with sensitive skin, a slight burning sensation may be felt. It can be used on the face, neck, décolletage, hands, elbows, knees and feet, all year round and with no age restrictions.

08 — Scientific research

What research says about TCA peels and biostimulation

The publications below concern peels with trichloroacetic acid (TCA) — the main ingredient of BioRePeel — and the role of growth factors in skin remodelling.

The role of TGF-β in skin remodelling

A scientific review described the TGF-β/Smad signalling pathway as key to the processes of healing and remodelling of skin tissue.

The cited studies concern TCA peels and the growth-factor mechanism (at the level of the ingredient/mechanism), not a specific preparation. The number of treatments is determined by a cosmetologist; results vary from person to person.

09 — The procedure

Step by step — the BioRePeel treatment

The treatment begins with a consultation and a health history interview. BioRePeel requires no prior preparation from the client and can be performed at any time of year. The treatment itself is short and pleasant — after the skin is cleansed, the preparation is massaged in and removed after the appropriate time. It is minimally invasive and comfortable for most patients; with sensitive skin, a slight burning sensation may be felt. The peel does not take you away from your daily activities and does not cause heavy peeling.

Avoid irritation

Postpone treatments that irritate the skin (laser, hair removal) as advised by your cosmetologist.

Combine with Dermapen

To enhance the effect, BioRePeel can be combined with Dermapen microneedle mesotherapy.

The optimal effect comes from a series of 4–8 treatments every 2–3 weeks.

Frequently asked questions — BioRePeel Cl3

What is BioRePeel Cl3 and how does it work?

BioRePeel Cl3 is a patented, biphasic medical peel with TCA acid 35%. It exfoliates and renews the epidermis through keratolytic action, while at the level of the dermis it stimulates the production of growth factors (PDGF, TGF, VEGF), strongly biostimulating the skin. The lipophilic phase means it works deeply, but without heavy peeling.

Does BioRePeel cause skin peeling?

No — this is one of the main advantages of the treatment. BioRePeel is minimally invasive and comfortable for most patients, it does not cause heavy, uncomfortable peeling and does not take you away from your daily activities. With sensitive skin, only a slight burning sensation may be felt.

What skin concerns does BioRePeel help with?

BioRePeel works well for pigmentation and uneven skin tone, active and comedonal acne, loss of firmness and elasticity, and fine lines. It has a revitalising and biostimulating effect, and can also be used on the neck, décolletage, hands and other areas of the body.

Can BioRePeel be combined with Dermapen?

Yes. BioRePeel is a stand-alone treatment, but to enhance the therapeutic effects it is often combined with Dermapen microneedle mesotherapy. This is a popular combined protocol — a cosmetologist decides whether it is appropriate after assessing the skin.

How many BioRePeel treatments are needed?

Even the first treatment gives a visible effect, but to maintain the result a series of 4–8 treatments every 2–3 weeks is recommended. The number of treatments depends on the skin type and indication, and is determined by a cosmetologist during the consultation.

How much does BioRePeel Cl3 cost in Warsaw?

The price of a BioRePeel treatment starts from 300 zł and depends on the area and the number of treatments in the series. An exact quote (including for the protocol combined with Dermapen) is agreed during the consultation; you will find the full price list on our pricing page.
