Nucleofill — skin biostimulation with polynucleotides

Nucleofill™ is an innovative formula for deep skin renewal, biorestructuring and biostimulation, based on polynucleotides that stimulate the skin's renewal through a three-way mechanism: hydration, antioxidant action and firming. Polynucleotides stimulate collagen for biorevitalisation, fight free radicals, and bind water to provide long-lasting skin hydration. As a result, the skin becomes deeply hydrated, firmer and revitalised.

Polynucleotides — the building block of skin DNA

Nucleofill is made up of highly purified, long-chain polynucleotides. These occur widely in nature and are building blocks of DNA, RNA and coenzymes — including coenzyme Q10, used for years in anti-ageing cosmetics. The product is natural and well tolerated, suitable for every skin type, including allergy sufferers — it contains no substances with allergenic potential.

The first mechanism involves receptors on fibroblasts — stimulating the production of type I collagen and elastin, which makes the skin denser and firmer. The second mechanism is antioxidant action (fighting free radicals). The third is the ability of polynucleotides to bind water and provide long-lasting hydration to the skin matrix. The formula is available in three variants: Nucleofill Medium, Nucleofill Strong and Nucleofill Soft Plus (for the eye area).

What to expect Nucleofill treatment

The treatment is preceded by a consultation with a health history review to rule out contraindications. Nucleofill is a “lunchtime” treatment — it requires no prior preparation and can be performed at any time of year, including for allergy sufferers. The treatment itself is quick and comfortable for most patients: after numbing, the doctor administers the formula using the “5-injection” technique or in the form of deep mesotherapy.
