Is the whole visit in English?
Yes. The consultation, the treatment and your aftercare instructions are given in English, and you can book online in English. The website is bilingual; some documents, such as the full price list, are still published in Polish only.
Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
For laser treatments, yes — we assess your skin, ask about medication and recent sun exposure, and carry out a patch test. For some treatments the consultation and the first session take place at the same appointment.
How do I pay?
You pay at the clinic, by card or in cash, in Polish złoty. Packages are paid for in advance and remain valid for the agreed number of sessions.
Which clinic should I choose?
Choose the location that is most convenient for you, then check the availability and price of your selected treatment in that clinic's booking calendar. Our City Centre clinic is next to Świętokrzyska metro station, and our Mokotów clinic is between Racławicka and Wierzbno stations. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose.
Who performs the treatments?
Injectable treatments are performed by aesthetic medicine doctors. Laser and cosmetology treatments are carried out by qualified cosmetologists, working to protocols agreed with our doctors. Each treatment page states who performs it.
Can I move an appointment?
Yes, online, up to the notice period shown in the booking system. If you develop a tan, an infection in the treatment area or start photosensitising medication, contact us — the session may need to be postponed.
