CGF (Concentrated Growth Factors) is a regenerative therapy using growth factors and stem cells obtained from the patient's blood by processing it in a cell separator. The therapy involves injecting stem cells and growth factors suspended in platelet-rich plasma or in a blood-protein gel (Activated Plasma Albumin Gel). Performed exclusively by a certified doctor using mesotherapy or cannula technique, it provides intensive regeneration and a long-lasting renewing effect.

09 — Procedure and full course

What a CGF treatment looks like

During the consultation, the doctor selects the CGF variant (Liquid, Harmony or One) to match your expectations and treatment plan. For comfort, a numbing cream may be applied. The patient's blood is then drawn and prepared in a cell separator. During the treatment the doctor performs needle mesotherapy or administers the preparation with a cannula (CGF Harmony). You can return to your daily activities afterwards — minor bruising, swelling or tenderness may occur, resolving within a few days.

10 — Post-treatment care

Aftercare recommendations — CGF

You can return to your daily activities after the treatment. Minor bruising, swelling or tenderness may occur at the injection site, resolving on its own within a few days.

Avoid irritating the skin

For the first 24 hours, avoid heavy make-up and harsh cosmetics around the injection sites.

Avoid the sauna and strenuous exercise

For 1–2 days, skip the sauna, swimming pool and intense training.

Protect your skin with SPF

Use an SPF sunscreen and avoid intense sun exposure.

Reactions are temporary

Bruising, swelling or tenderness at the injection site resolve within a few days.

Complete the course

The full effect comes from a course of 3 sessions every 4–6 weeks, with maintenance 1–2 times a year.
