An aesthetic regenerative therapy using concentrated growth factors (CGF) and stem cells obtained from the patient's blood. Intensive regeneration, biorevitalisation and a long-lasting renewing effect — naturally, with a minimal risk of allergic reaction.
CGF (Concentrated Growth Factors) is a regenerative therapy using growth factors and stem cells obtained from the patient's blood by processing it in a cell separator. The therapy involves injecting stem cells and growth factors suspended in platelet-rich plasma or in a blood-protein gel (Activated Plasma Albumin Gel). Performed exclusively by a certified doctor using mesotherapy or cannula technique, it provides intensive regeneration and a long-lasting renewing effect.
Stem cells and growth factors are present in the blood, and their role is to build and regenerate cells. Combining concentrated CGF growth factors with CD34+ stem cells is a breakthrough in regenerative medicine — the preparation is obtained from the patient's blood quickly and comfortably.
Stem cells have the ability to adapt to the cells around them, while growth factors further stimulate the renewal and revitalising process — naturally and safely, with a minimal risk of allergy or complications.
CGF is a specialised autologous regeneration therapy performed exclusively by a doctor — available at our clinics since 2020. It is a niche treatment; the figures above relate to CGF alone and, together with PRP plasma, make up our family of blood-based regenerative therapies.

Blood is processed in a cell separator, yielding concentrated growth factors and CD34+ stem cells.
Growth factors and stem cells work together to build and renew skin cells — from the ground up, naturally.
The material comes from the patient's own blood, which lowers the risk of an allergic reaction.
CGF is used on the entire face, neck and décolletage, the backs of the hands, and the scalp — wherever the skin needs intensive regeneration and revitalising.
Velvet Velvet Skin Clinic offers three CGF variants, selected by the doctor to match your expectations and treatment area. Main indications: wrinkles and folds, loose skin on the face, neck, décolletage and hands, skin regeneration and revitalising, and hair loss. Variants:
Looking for classic platelet-rich plasma (PRP)? See Regeneris — PRP plasma. For hair loss, we tailor the approach within our trichology programmes.
We use this treatment for 2 indications. It works a little differently for each — below we explain what it specifically does in each case.
Concentrated growth factors from your own blood, with no external material. We choose this option when the under-eye skin looks visibly tired and needs regeneration, and you want as natural a preparation as possible.
02CGF is a more concentrated fraction than classic plasma, containing stem cells. We turn to it when a stronger regenerative stimulus is needed than with standard PRP.

Concentrated growth factors (CGF) are a third-generation platelet concentrate studied in skin regeneration and aesthetic medicine. The studies below relate to this class of autologous preparations.
A randomised clinical trial of autologous CGF showed a significant increase in skin thickness at weeks 8 and 12 compared with the control group.
Randomised clinical trial, 2023. PubMed →A review of the applications of concentrated growth factors in facial rejuvenation and plastic surgery summarises their regenerative potential.
Clinical review, 2022. PubMed →A study showed that CGF inhibits UVA-induced photoageing in human skin fibroblasts via the MAPK/AP-1 pathway.
Mechanistic study, 2020. PubMed →The cited publications relate to the class of concentrated growth factor (CGF) and autologous preparations, not a specific product. The number and spacing of treatments are determined individually; results may vary depending on skin condition.
During the consultation, the doctor selects the CGF variant (Liquid, Harmony or One) to match your expectations and treatment plan. For comfort, a numbing cream may be applied. The patient's blood is then drawn and prepared in a cell separator. During the treatment the doctor performs needle mesotherapy or administers the preparation with a cannula (CGF Harmony). You can return to your daily activities afterwards — minor bruising, swelling or tenderness may occur, resolving within a few days.
The doctor selects CGF Liquid, Harmony or One to match the indication.
Blood is drawn and prepared in a cell separator.
Administration of growth factors and stem cells.
Every 4–6 weeks; maintenance 1–2 times a year.
A full CGF course requires 3 sessions at intervals of 4–6 weeks, depending on the variant. CGF Liquid is performed every 4 weeks, CGF Harmony every 6 weeks, and CGF One every 4–6 weeks. After completing the course, maintenance sessions are recommended 1–2 times a year. Treatment areas: the entire face, neck and décolletage, the backs of the hands, and the scalp.
You can return to your daily activities after the treatment. Minor bruising, swelling or tenderness may occur at the injection site, resolving on its own within a few days.
For the first 24 hours, avoid heavy make-up and harsh cosmetics around the injection sites.
For 1–2 days, skip the sauna, swimming pool and intense training.
Use an SPF sunscreen and avoid intense sun exposure.
Bruising, swelling or tenderness at the injection site resolve within a few days.
The full effect comes from a course of 3 sessions every 4–6 weeks, with maintenance 1–2 times a year.

CGF (Concentrated Growth Factors) is an autologous regenerative treatment using concentrated growth factors and CD34+ stem cells from the patient's blood. The preparation is obtained in a cell separator and administered using mesotherapy or a cannula. It is a natural regeneration method with a minimal risk of allergic reaction.
PRP plasma (Regeneris) is platelet-rich plasma with growth factors. CGF goes further — it is a third-generation concentrate combining concentrated growth factors with CD34+ stem cells, and in the Harmony variant also with a blood-protein gel. It provides a stronger and longer-lasting regenerative stimulus.
CGF Liquid is mesotherapy with growth factors and stem cells. CGF Harmony adds an APAG gel made from blood proteins for stronger, longer-lasting stimulation and a lifting effect. CGF One focuses on small areas — around the eyes, lips, hands and scalp.
Yes. The material comes from the patient's own blood, so the risk of allergy or adverse reactions typical of foreign preparations is minimal. The treatment is performed exclusively by a certified doctor under sterile conditions. Temporary bruising or swelling may occur at the injection site.
A full course is 3 sessions at intervals of 4–6 weeks, depending on the variant. After completing the course, maintenance sessions are recommended 1–2 times a year. The doctor determines the exact plan during your consultation, based on your skin's condition and expectations.
The price starts from 650 zł and depends on the chosen variant (CGF Liquid, Harmony or One) and the treatment area. A full course is usually 3 sessions, so we determine the total cost during your consultation. You'll find the full price list on our pricing page.
Aesthetic medicine treatments at Velvet Velvet Skin Clinic are performed exclusively by qualified doctors — with relevant medical education, postgraduate studies in aesthetic medicine, and clinical experience.
