An autologous preparation made from the patient's own blood, rich in growth factors responsible for tissue repair processes. Often called the vampire facial, it supports natural skin renewal, hydration and firmness, and helps smooth fine lines.
Regeneris™ is platelet-rich plasma (PRP) — an autologous preparation made from the patient's own blood, rich in growth factors responsible for tissue repair processes. The treatment, also known as the vampire facial, involves injecting plasma directly into the skin to stimulate the body's natural regenerative and cell-renewal capacity — supporting skin renewal, hydration and firmness, and helping to smooth fine lines.
The human body has considerable regenerative potential. After tissue damage, it activates cell-renewal mechanisms — platelets and the growth factors they contain play a key role here, initiating healing. Platelet-rich plasma introduced beneath the skin quickly releases high concentrations of growth factors that support tissue regeneration and repair.
The treatment uses the patient's own blood, which lowers the risk of allergic reaction. It is suitable for women and men whose skin needs revitalising.
We added Regeneris to our offering in 2024 as an autologous PRP therapy performed exclusively by doctors. It is a newer addition to our family of blood-based regenerative therapies, alongside CGF therapy.

Blood platelets release growth factors that initiate and support the skin's healing and tissue-repair processes.
Plasma stimulates the skin's natural regenerative capacity — supporting better blood flow, hydration and density.
The preparation comes from the patient's own blood, which lowers the risk of an allergic reaction.
PRP is used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands, as well as on the scalp for hair thinning, and to support healing after laser treatments.
Regeneris is an autologous regenerative treatment for skin that needs renewal and revitalising. Main indications:
Looking for stronger regeneration with stem cells? See CGF — growth factors and stem cells. For hair loss, we tailor the approach within our trichology programmes.
We use this treatment for 2 indications. It works a little differently for each — below we explain what it specifically does in each case.
Platelet-rich plasma works in a similar way to CGF, but in a simpler and more affordable procedure. For under-eye shadows it works best as a series — the effect is a gradual brightening and thickening of the skin rather than an instant change.
02Plasma from your own blood, with no external substance — growth factors from platelets stimulate the hair follicles into activity. A method with a long history in trichology, requiring a series of sessions and maintenance.

Platelet-rich plasma for facial rejuvenation has been the subject of numerous systematic reviews. The studies below relate to this class of autologous preparations — the mechanism shared by Regeneris.
A systematic review of the available clinical evidence for platelet-rich plasma in facial rejuvenation covered 36 studies and 3,172 patients.
Systematic review, 2021. PubMed →A systematic review of the effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma in facial rejuvenation: some studies showed improvement in wrinkles and skin texture.
Systematic review, 2024. PubMed →A review of the use of platelet-rich plasma in skin revitalisation summarises its mechanism of action and clinical effects.
Clinical review, 2024. PubMed →The cited publications relate to the class of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) preparations, not a specific product. The number and spacing of treatments are determined individually; results may vary depending on skin condition.
At Velvet Velvet Skin Clinic, plasma collection and administration is performed exclusively by aesthetic medicine doctors — ensuring sterility, safety and quality. The doctor draws a small amount of the patient's blood, centrifuges it in a medical-grade centrifuge, and then injects the resulting plasma into the areas requiring regeneration, using needle mesotherapy or linear injections along wrinkles. Immediately after the treatment the skin may appear red with visible injection points — this settles within a few hours, and the treatment requires no recovery time.

Every 4 weeks; maintenance sessions every 6 months.
To achieve results, a course of at least 4 sessions at 4-week intervals is recommended, followed by maintenance sessions every 6 months. The therapy can be combined with needle mesotherapy using other preparations, microneedling mesotherapy or carboxytherapy — depending on the area, concern and skin condition. Biostimulation effects may be visible after the first session: improved blood flow, hydration and skin radiance.
The treatment requires no recovery time. Immediately afterwards the skin may appear red with visible injection points — this settles within a few hours. Make-up can be applied the same day.
For the first 24 hours, avoid harsh cosmetics around the injection sites.
For 1–2 days, skip the sauna, swimming pool and intense training.
Use an SPF sunscreen and avoid intense sun exposure.
Injection points and redness usually resolve within a few hours.
The best results come from a course of at least 4 sessions every 4 weeks, with maintenance sessions every 6 months.

Regeneris is a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment — an autologous preparation made from the patient's own blood, rich in growth factors. The plasma is injected into the skin to stimulate its natural regeneration and repair processes. It is known as the vampire facial; the result is renewed, hydrated and firmer-looking skin.
Regeneris is classic platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with growth factors from blood platelets. CGF is a third-generation concentrate that combines concentrated growth factors with CD34+ stem cells, and in the Harmony variant also with a blood-protein gel. CGF provides a stronger and longer-lasting regenerative stimulus.
The vampire facial is the popular name for the platelet-rich plasma treatment. The name refers to the use of the patient's own blood: after being drawn and centrifuged, plasma rich in platelets and growth factors is injected into the skin, stimulating its natural regeneration and renewal.
Platelet-rich plasma is sometimes used for hair thinning and hair loss to stimulate the scalp. At Velvet Velvet Skin Clinic, we select the approach for hair concerns individually as part of our trichology programmes — during your consultation we will determine the best approach.
A course of at least 4 sessions at 4-week intervals is recommended, followed by maintenance sessions every 6 months. Biostimulation effects may be visible after the first session, with the full result developing over the course of the series. The doctor tailors the plan to your skin's condition.
The price starts from 1,200 zł per treatment. A full course is usually at least 4 sessions, so the total cost depends on the plan agreed during your consultation. You'll find the full price list on our pricing page, and you can book a consultation online or by phone.
Aesthetic medicine treatments at Velvet Velvet Skin Clinic are performed exclusively by qualified doctors — with relevant medical education, postgraduate studies in aesthetic medicine, and clinical experience.
