The treatment, also known as the vampire facial, involves injecting plasma directly into the skin to stimulate the body's natural regenerative and cell-renewal capacity — supporting skin renewal, hydration and firmness, and helping to smooth fine lines.

The natural regenerative potential of blood

The human body has considerable regenerative potential. After tissue damage, it activates cell-renewal mechanisms — platelets and the growth factors they contain play a key role here, initiating healing. Platelet-rich plasma introduced beneath the skin quickly releases high concentrations of growth factors that support tissue regeneration and repair.

The treatment uses the patient's own blood, which lowers the risk of allergic reaction. It is suitable for women and men whose skin needs revitalising.

09 — Procedure and full course

What a Regeneris treatment looks like

At Velvet Velvet Skin Clinic, plasma collection and administration is performed exclusively by aesthetic medicine doctors — ensuring sterility, safety and quality. The doctor draws a small amount of the patient's blood, centrifuges it in a medical-grade centrifuge, and then injects the resulting plasma into the areas requiring regeneration, using needle mesotherapy or linear injections along wrinkles. Immediately after the treatment the skin may appear red with visible injection points — this settles within a few hours, and the treatment requires no recovery time.

Blood draw

The doctor draws a small amount of the patient's blood.

Centrifugation

The blood is centrifuged in a medical-grade centrifuge.

Plasma injection

Needle mesotherapy or linear injections along wrinkles.

Course of 3–4 sessions

Every 4 weeks; maintenance sessions every 6 months.

To achieve results, a course of at least 4 sessions at 4-week intervals is recommended, followed by maintenance sessions every 6 months. The therapy can be combined with needle mesotherapy using other preparations, microneedling mesotherapy or carboxytherapy — depending on the area, concern and skin condition. 10 — Post-treatment care

Aftercare recommendations — Regeneris

The treatment requires no recovery time. Immediately afterwards the skin may appear red with visible injection points — this settles within a few hours. Make-up can be applied the same day.

Avoid irritating the skin

For the first 24 hours, avoid harsh cosmetics around the injection sites.

Avoid the sauna and strenuous exercise

For 1–2 days, skip the sauna, swimming pool and intense training.

Protect your skin with SPF

Use an SPF sunscreen and avoid intense sun exposure.

Redness settles quickly

Injection points and redness usually resolve within a few hours.

Complete the course

The best results come from a course of at least 4 sessions every 4 weeks, with maintenance sessions every 6 months.
